Real Pilates is Dubai’s original Pilates studio (founded December 2009) and home of STOTT PILATES Academy Dubai — the Middle East’s STOTT PILATES® Academy.

Since 2009 we have trained 7,800 instructors. Training and exams run primarily at our Dubai studios in Jumeirah and JLT (One JLT), with selected satellite courses in the region as scheduled.

What you can train in: STOTT PILATES® (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Injuries & Special Populations); Total Barre™; Merrithew Fascial Movement; Functional Anatomy modules.

How certification works: A STOTT PILATES® certification is awarded after successful completion of the relevant course plus written and practical exams.
