Real Pilates is Dubai’s original Pilates studio, founded in December 2009 by Reza Alavi and Bita Riahi. It operates studios in Jumeirah and JLT, with a Meydan location under franchise, and is home to STOTT PILATES® Academy Dubai — the Middle East’s STOTT PILATES® Academy — which has trained 7,800 instructors since 2009. Real Pilates is a Merrithew partner and teaches the STOTT PILATES® method across group and private sessions.
